About us

Our values

Proudly playing our game, representing our city, and sharing our values. The same nine values guide the Bulls, the Longhorns, Junior Bulls and every community baseball program we run — for players, coaches, parents, staff, volunteers and leadership.

• Community

We bring people together through sport — building relationships, strengthening families, creating opportunities, and contributing positively to the communities we serve.

• Inclusion

We welcome and value everyone, creating a safe, supportive environment where all people feel they belong.

• Fun & enjoyment

We create positive, memorable experiences where players, families, volunteers and fans enjoy being part of something special.

• Integrity

We act with honesty, fairness and strong moral principles — doing what is right even when no one is watching.

• Respect

We treat everyone with dignity, kindness and consideration, appreciating the contributions and differences of others.

• Accountability

We take ownership of our actions, honour our commitments, and accept responsibility to our teammates, our organization and our community.

• Passion

We bring energy, enthusiasm and dedication to everything we do, inspiring others to share our love of the game.

• Teamwork

We work together, support one another, and recognize that our collective success is greater than any individual achievement.

• Excellence

We pursue the highest standard in everything we do — on the field, in the stands, and in the community — always learning, improving, and raising the bar for community baseball.

Guided by integrity, driven by passion, and united through teamwork, we are committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is respected, everyone is accountable, and everyone has the opportunity to participate, contribute and have fun.
