Due to COVID-19, special social distancing and safety measures will be in effect all weekend.
Meet our highly accomplished coaching staff, lead by Todd Hubka, our Varsity Head Coach. After taking over in 2011, Coach Hubka led PBA on a streak of seven consecutive CCBC Championships. Hubka has compiled a record of 258-179, good for a .590 winning percentage. Hubka has also moved on over 150 players to four year schools as an assistant and head coach with the program. Coach Hubka will be accompanied by Varsity Assistant Coach, Ryan MacDonald. MacDonald came to PBA in 2004 and played for three years before moving on to the University of Texas-Brownsville. Ryan played two years at UTB and was named to the 2008 All-Conference Team. From our Junior Varsity Team comes Junior Varsity Head Coach, Chance Wheatley and Junior Varsity Assistant Coach, Rhett Feser. Chance was on the 2015 & 2016 CCBC Championship teams and was named to the CCBC All Conference Team in 2016. Feser played with the PBA from 2015 to 2017, winning a pair of championships along the way. He went 5-0 in conference play during his sophomore season, where he was awarded the Canadian College Baseball Conference (CCBC) Pitcher of the Year. Last but not least, Dustin Molleken, PBA’s newest addition and the PBA Pitching coach will also be joining us. Dustin attended PBA in 2003 before being drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 15th round in 2003. Molleken signed with the Detroit Tigers in 2015 and made his MLB debut in 2016.
Camp is limited to 30 participants, who will all be in one cohort for the weekend. No charge for guest coaches to visit and observe.
